Head of Project Services
As Head of Project Services at DX Solutions, Raymond is responsible for leading and managing Project Services throughout the company’s operations, making him an integral member of the DX leadership team.

Raymond is highly experienced in leading the delivery of large-scale transformation projects. As a former Program Director/ Portfolio Manager Raymond has amassed over 25 years’ experience in the industry, including his most recent role as Business Program Director at Optus.

Raymond has a strong reputation for leading and managing complex Business, Digital, IT and Network programs across different working models including traditional and agile/scrums in multi-vendor team environments to align to a single delivery approach. He provides the direction from the business case stage to operationalising IT and Business projects, and other initiatives, including guidance around stakeholder and executive team approval processes and has been recognised for consistently delivering excellent business results.

Raymond is a proven industry-leader in his field. As part of the end-to-end program delivery, Raymond defines the framework and effectively manages the phasing, financial management, all change management inclusive of people training and regulatory, vendor management and compliance, implementation, go-live framework and actual delivery.

As Business Program Director at Optus, Raymond managed the highly successful Online Digital Transformation program where he was entirely responsible for the digital program delivering Business Self Service and Shop functionality across Consumer and SMB, static page migration for Enterprise, Wholesale, Corporate Media Centre, and Entertainment.

Prior to Optus, Raymond was engaged in various significant program and portfolio leadership roles for other major companies including FlexiGroup, Telstra Global, Dimension Data, Qantas, VHA (Vodafone Hutchison Australia), CSC Australia, KPMG and NRMA.

He is extremely passionate about fully involving the end-customer in the delivery of quality outcomes.
