Paulina’s first role in recruitment was as a Recruitment Coordinator at UBS, where she was responsible for the transition of the US team to Poland. After that, she decided to turn her life upside down and move to the land down under.
Her first role in Australia was with a Sydney recruitment agency that specialises in IT. This is where Paulina developed her passion for robotic process automation. After that, Paulina worked as a Senior Organisation Design Program Recruitment Officer at TAFE NSW, where she was responsible for the largest restructure in the Southern hemisphere.
In her most recent role as Senior Recruitment and Business Development Specialist at FAIR Consulting Group, she was recruiting SAP specialists.
As a leader, she aims to empower the team to treat every stakeholder conversation as a learning opportunity, productively partnering with clients and candidates by tailoring an effective sourcing strategy to the clients' needs and expectations, while creating outstanding talent pools and providing supportive processes for candidate care.
Paulina is an advocate of recruiting with conscience and integrity, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at DX ensures that the recruitment team says what they do and do what they say.
