Spring Transformation Project

Background

The Spring transformation project deployed an end-to-end Business Support System (BSS) stack for Optus Ordering, Billing, Care, Digital & Reporting. The first phase of this program saw the migration of all consumer post-paid mobile subscribers from legacy platforms to the “AMDOCS” Billing and Customer Care (BCC) solution. DX were engaged early in the piece to provide governance for testing conducted by Optus.

Solution
