Pega Architectural Remediation Project

Background

Pega was implemented as a platform to replace the legacy platform in Aug/Sept 2018. However, Pega didn’t have the ability to support Toyota’s future needs and initiatives, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), out of the box.

Solution

DX worked to unlock the technical capabilities within the Pega platform, improving and optimising on existing service offerings, implementing best practices and improving upon UI/UX designs.

Results

DX delivered the second biggest initiative for Toyota Finance, which was successfully delivered to Production in July 2019.
