Background

As cloud hosting company, their product range and existing infrastructure was vast and technologically dense, causing implementation difficulties for developers and other stakeholders. Macquarie Cloud Services was building a brand new online portal for their customers which would redefine how products and services are purchased and delivered to customers.

Solution

DX Solutions provided key business analysis capability to accelerate requirements definition, manage information between stakeholders and ultimately ensure that deliverables were able to be realised.

Results

The project went ahead smoothly and road mapped development gained momentum as stakeholders were now able to focus more on their respective priorities. More than 1,000 bugs have been raised and resolved since DX Solutions was brought on board, in addition to a number of new features released to customers.
