Background
Following William Hill’s acquisition, DX were engaged to integrate Tom Waterhouse systems, people and processes into the Sportingbet organisation, which also required the development of new websites for 3 brands: Sportingbet, Centrebet and Tom Waterhouse.
Solution
DX integrated and transferred all domestic data, customers and people from three companies into a unified platform. DX Solutions’ services included business analysis, change management, process visualisation and project management, all of which contributed to the successful retention and consolidation of intellectual property across the three brands.
