DX Solutions was established in 2001 with a clear mission: to understand our clients and their business challenges, and to innovate to enhance their capability.


We aim to set the standard in E2E ICT solutions by offering expert services that go beyond immediate challenges, align with the needs of our customers, and drive business outcomes.

As an Australian-owned and operated company, we have grown on the strength of a local presence, top-down engagement, and an innovative, flexible approach.

In 2014 and 2015, DX Solutions entered BRW’s Fast 100 with a team of over 200 employees, acknowledgement of a rapidly expanding regional footprint and impressive list of public and private sector clients. In 2016 one of our Directors has been listed as a finalist in the CEO magazines Executive of the Year award 2016 IT and Telecommunications category.

Our award-winning team is led from the front by three directors who bring extensive experience across project delivery, integration and testing.

Jason Peters has always been an entrepreneur, with a background in highly successful technology companies and numerous online ventures, before establishing DX Solutions in 2001. With a wealth of business experience, Jason’s attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of operating a professional services organisation are at the heart of the way DX does business.

Jason brings a unique approach to managing DX’s operational and financial interests, along with developing and guiding the strategy of the company. His level-headed, thoughtful approach to all facets of business contribute greatly to the ongoing success of DX Solutions.

Co-founder and Managing Director Peter Yialas, having over 20 years as an IT senior manager and consultant and through his vast network and delivery excellence has built the strategy and sales component of DX Solution.

Under his leadership the company has successfully moved from its original software testing background to a full service ICT organisation, achieving BRW fast 100 2014 and 2015, 2016 Top 4 Finalist for CEO of the Year and 2017 APAC top 25 Cyber company.

Additionally Peter is on the Committee for Sydney taskforce for smart cities, data driven cities and smart people smart cities, bringing the public and private sectors together.

Peter has also brought strength in partnerships and capability such as a Verizon Global APAC platinum partnership enabling DX Solutions to move strongly into the security space in 2016, achieving the largest partner deal in Verizon globals history.

It doesn’t stop here as he and the other co-founder Jason Peters, and Director Mark Greenwood are forever shaping DX Solutions to ensure it meets market expectations and continues to evolve with it.

Mark Greenwood has extensive experience in project delivery, across a number of high profile organisations. In 2012, he was an integral part of the winning team that took out the prestigious AIPM Best Project of the Year award in both the Victorian and National categories.

Mark’s depth of experience encompasses government, telecommunications, oil and gas, financial services and entertainment industries. With his expansive professional network and trusted presence in the market, Mark became an invaluable addition to DX Solutions when he joined as a Director to set up the Project Services division of the business in 2013.

His results-orientated approach to project delivery is at the core of his strategy, and is instilled in his team to ensure consistently high quality delivery. Mark’s impressive work has led to an influx of new clients fuelling the already impressive growth of DX Solutions into 2014.

With a 15-year background with the information technology domain spanning Operations, Development, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance and Enterprise Architecture, Karl brings a consolidated approach to technology solutions and program delivery.  Joining DX Solutions in 2016 as the Head of DevOps & Quality Assurance he quickly became a trusted member of the organisation within our client base and was promoted to CTO a year later to spearhead the next phase of technology strategy and evolution of DX.

Experience in the Finance, Telecommunications, Gaming, Hospitality and Government sectors has allowed Karl the ability to develop solutions that are outcome focused, business oriented and industry agnostic. A strong supporter of the DX Vantage™ methodology, he works closely with the Business Analysis and Project delivery teams to continue the evolution of holistic platforms that every aspect of our customer base can use.

Heath Ogier has 20 years of testing experience in tier 1 organisations across the telecommunications and financial services industries in Australia.

Heath has a proven delivery track record having managed all aspects of testing and has been involved in some of Australia’s largest transformation and compliance programs. Heath also has extensive experience establishing testing practices and implementing fit for purposes Quality Assurance processes to support the successful delivery of demanding project pipelines.

Heath joined DX Solutions team in 2017 to take up the position of Head of Quality Assurance. Here he has been instrumental in establishing the DX Graduate program which is focussed on investing in our local talent. Heath is also pioneering the evolution of testing, implementing initiatives such as intelligent test design, use of visualisation techniques and increased test automation to deliver more effective results, more efficiently for our customers.

With 20 years’ experience in IT and a proven track history of delivering successful strategic initiatives, he has led successful teams through a variety of highly visible and difficult engagements. With over a decade of leadership experience across both Business Analysis and Business Process Management fields, Siva has built a reputation for innovation, thought leadership and a genuine passion for using pictures over words.

Regarded by many as the ‘Modelling Guru’, Siva built and currently heads up the Visualisation and Analysis practice for DX Solutions, one of Australia’s fastest growing technology companies. Author of Vantage, DX’s layered visualisation methodology, Siva and his team work throughout Australia and around the world, helping technology and transformation leaders use visualisation and business friendly business and process analysis techniques to solve complex problems, improve communication, retain IP and accelerate delivery

Juliana Owen

Juliana is a trained psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Business Development/Sales working for national and multinational companies, including key roles in start-ups in South America, Australia, and New Zealand. Expertise managing large projects focused on 360 recruitment process of IT Professionals in the Telecommunications, and Engineering industries. Extensive experience in internal and agency recruitment through the development of full recruitment lifecycle, retention, and talent management initiatives.

Juliana also has experience in supplying training to new employees and consultants, including onboarding and induction programs. Knowledge of psychological testing and evaluation, development, and implementation of other practices related to the HR function. Large experience recruiting IT specialists (from junior to C-level roles), manage the entire recruitment process (e2e) from developing new business, sourcing top-tier candidates, interviewing, salary negotiations and successful placement. Solid experience with grad programs also. Juliana is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Mark joined the DX Solutions team in 2012 after 15 years of working in various operational roles both nationally and internationally. Mark utilises his International Business Management skills coupled with his sound commercial background and expansive leadership experience; towards driving growth and leadership throughout the organisation. Mark’s official responsibilities fall into two areas: Project management and strategic initiatives. The project management component comprises of set weekly, quarterly and annual responsibilities. Strategic initiatives are generally the discrete projects Mark leads (or co-leads) on behalf of the directors and the executive team, in order to improve coordination across the functional areas. Mark is now working with a cross-functional team on how we operationalise our long-term vision towards hitting another company growth surge.

Anna comes from a solid background in Business Management, IT and Web Design, she has been developing her career within information technology and services industry. Anna has been one of the key members in the DX Solutions team since 2011. She has solid skills in Project Coordination and has been dealing with procurement, payments, invoicing, helping to onboard new clients and partners. She is also responsible for organising company’s events and keep the end2end office operation going smoothly. In the past she was responsible for assisting one of DX’s Clients on a complex Transformation Program after completing PRINCE2 certification. She works closely with both the delivery and sales team and possess a high level of perfectionism, her skills have been utilised throughout the years to start a number of initiatives helping to increase business’s turnaround time and productivity.

DX Solutions developed a unique PMO Solution that is light and adaptable, to help our clients reduce project clutter and overheads, and create synergies across their project portfolios.

With an exceptionally strong history in engineering and integration in the telecommunications industry, we pride ourselves on understanding the nuances of solutions across radio and core networks, provisioning, billing and business intelligence.

We are the only Australian supplier with the level of expertise required to provide this capability.

DX Solutions have completed some of the most significant projects in the region, including inter-operator roaming, global roaming, Long Term Evolution (4G LTE) and currently, Voice Over (voLTE).

Our work

In December 2013, we began work with Vodafone on the LTE 4G mobile program.

We provided outcomes for engineering, integration, test and vendor management for the Core Evolution Program, which replaced the Nokia Siemens Core Network with the new CISCO Core Network for legacy voice and core network services. Additionally, we consolidated the network through cloud-based delivery of 2G/3G/4G mobile, Wi-Fi and fixed services. We are currently working on the Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE).


With Nokia Siemens Networks, we delivered the Federal Government Network Emergency Warning System (NEWS) solution for Vodafone and Optus.

Within our program, the networks and testing teams verified, integrated and then managed the government trials for acceptance of the network event and cube calculation system. The system warns subscribers across all mobile networks, in real-time, about potentially catastrophic events and is used heavily during the bushfire season.


The Sportingbet (William Hill) acquisition of created the need to integrate its people, processes and systems into the Sportingbet business. This included the design and development of a new responsive website.

We managed the entire program and supplemented their project team with consultants specialising in Transition Management, Test Environment Management and Test Analysis.


In December 2013, Perpetual acquired The Trust Company and, in early 2014, the Integration project began to merge them. Two streams were introduced into the project portfolio: shared technology and business systems.

We provided Project Management services to deliver the shared technology stream. This stream was required to deliver a combined network, email, video-conferencing, storage of data and physical relocations. Currently in progress is the migration of 1,000 seats from various email platforms (including Lotus Notes and MS Exchange) to Office 365.


We are responsible for quality assurance on all Toyota Finance Australia’s (TFA) major programs, as well as a large percentage of business-as-usual work, including end to end test management, integration services, and governance across the projects for Fleet Management, Finance, Call Centre, automated IVR and Customer retail lending systems that support ongoing demand for vehicle financing.

The most recent example of our success was TFA’s Collections implementation. This project involved implementing a completely new debt collection, credit reporting, defaulting and BI capacity to the finance, risk and compliance division of TFA which interfaced with existing systems, some being 15 years old.

Our key successes were:

  • Over 600 defects identified and resolved
  • Accolades from all customer stakeholders for our agility, testing expertise and professionalism, and recognition from the CEO and CIO for outstanding partner performance.

We provided strategy development for testing the service transition of Salmat’s data centre migration, a $375M business process outsourcing unit to Fuji Xerox, which consists of more than 80 enterprise systems and shared services.


The Spinifex program enabled Vodafone subscribers to improve their coverage from 79 to 96% throughout Australia by roaming on the Optus network in non-coverage and rural areas.

We provided the project services for the program across requirements definition, business analysis, design and architecture, systems integration, project management, testing services, and post implementation support and activities. Additionally, we provided drive testing, customer experience and boundary testing for handover between the two carrier networks.

Wireless telecommunications company, Verizon, has launched its Verizon Partner Program (VPP) in Australia, which aims to offer systems integrators and solution providers tailored engagement opportunities to tap into Verizon’s network, managed security, Cloud, advanced communications, connected devices and professional services expertise.

 Partner members will receive access to the Verizon Partner Portal, co-marketing resources, online training tools and global certifications. Members can progress through four partner tiers – Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Kim said the company is onboarding many local partners and has just signed on Australian-based DX Solutions into the program.

The ICT solutions provider ranked 27th in 2014, 7th in their category of Business Services, an accolade which saw the company grow by 440% between 2011 and 2014 financial years.
